Col Tamarìe, artisanal wines from one of the highest vineyards in the UNESCO Prosecco Hills

At the heart of Casale Caldesòra lies Col Tamarie, our family winery, where artisanal wines are crafted among vineyards, woods and biodiversity in the UNESCO Prosecco Hills.

Nestled in the foothills of the Treviso Pre-Alps, our vineyards grow at over 450 metres above sea level, surrounded by forests, fruit trees and a rich natural ecosystem. This unique landscape, together with mineral soils and wide temperature variations, gives our wines freshness, character and a strong sense of place.

We cultivate local grape varieties with great respect for nature and biodiversity. In the cellar, we follow a traditional and low-intervention approach, allowing each wine to express the identity of the vintage and the uniqueness of the territory.

Many of our wines are naturally bottle-fermented, following local winemaking traditions handed down through generations. Unfiltered and crafted in small quantities, they offer an authentic expression of the Prosecco Hills and the agricultural heritage of this remarkable landscape.

Our wines tell different stories of the same landscape. Col Tamarie is our signature bottle-fermented cuvée, crafted from a blend of local white grape varieties. Alma, made from Glera, offers freshness and vibrant fruit. Milù is a field blend created from all the grape varieties grown in our vineyards, expressing the diversity and character of each vintage. Sole is our elegant rosé, while Toio is a small-production mountain red wine with depth and personality.

Guests staying at Casale Caldesòra are invited to taste our wines and discover the many expressions of this landscape, from the sparkling Col Tamarie and Alma to Milù, Sole and Toio.
