Biodiversity,
Mountain Viticulture &
Bottle Refermentation
At the heart of Casale Caldesòra lies Col Tamarie, our family winery, where artisanal wines are crafted among vineyards, woods and biodiversity in the UNESCO Prosecco Hills.
Nestled in the foothills of the Treviso Pre-Alps, our vineyards grow at over 450 metres above sea level, surrounded by forests, fruit trees and a rich natural ecosystem. This unique landscape, together with mineral soils and wide temperature variations, gives our wines freshness, character and a strong sense of place.
We cultivate local grape varieties with great respect for nature and biodiversity. In the cellar, we follow a traditional and low-intervention approach, allowing each wine to express the identity of the vintage and the uniqueness of the territory.
Many of our wines are naturally bottle-fermented, following local winemaking traditions handed down through generations. Unfiltered and crafted in small quantities, they offer an authentic expression of the Prosecco Hills and the agricultural heritage of this remarkable landscape.
