Born from the careful restoration of a historic rural residence, the house preserves the authentic charm of traditional Venetian architecture. Every detail has been thoughtfully selected, from natural fabrics and handcrafted ceramics to antique furnishings and treasured objects collected over time.
The restoration project was inspired by a desire to preserve and enhance the original character of the house. Exposed wooden beams, historic cherrywood staircases, reclaimed floors and natural plaster finishes tell the story of the place and its deep connection to the surrounding landscape.

Casale Caldesòra offers six charming double rooms with private bathrooms, a spacious apartment, a cosy lounge with fireplace, two bright breakfast rooms overlooking the flower gardens and a distinctive kitchen created using reclaimed materials and antique tiles. Large windows open onto the gardens and the light-filled conservatory, creating a natural connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.
Breakfast is served in the bright conservatory or in the welcoming breakfast rooms overlooking the gardens and surrounding countryside. During the warmer months it can also be enjoyed outdoors among flowers, fruit trees and panoramic views stretching towards the horizon. A panoramic saltwater pool surrounded by nature completes the experience, together with spaces designed for slow living and for enjoying the beauty of the UNESCO Prosecco Hills.
Guests can discover and taste the wines produced in our family winery, Col Tamarie, including bottle-fermented sparkling wines, white, rosè and red wines crafted from grapes of our vineyards. A selection of local craft beers, water and soft drinks are also available in the honesty fridge. During the afternoon, guests can also enjoy a selection of artisanal snacks prepared in-house and featuring carefully selected local and artisanal products.
