To book a room, you must follow the instructions that appear after completing a search in the designated form on the website.
For simultaneous booking of multiple rooms, follow the instructions provided near the search form. We will respond by email within a few hours.
On the day of arrival, check-in is from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm; on the day of departure, check-out is from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Upon arrival, each guest must present a valid identification document for legal purposes; otherwise, they cannot be accepted.
In cases of force majeure (e.g., unscheduled maintenance), we reserve the right to replace the room assigned to the guest with another of an equal level without notice and without a price increase.

Prices are per room per night and include taxes, tourist tax, breakfast, and use of the swimming pool.
The price of the stay is the one displayed in the room search form.
With the booking confirmation, we ask for your credit card details as a guarantee. Our website relies on the Stripe platform to ensure the security of the data entered. This information will only be used to charge the stay at the end or, if necessary, to collect the penalty due to a cancellation according to the terms described below.

The cancellation or reduction of an already confirmed reservation must be communicated by email to: info@caldesora.it.
It is possible to cancel or reduce your reservation without any charge up to 20 days before the arrival date at the B&B.
For cancellations or reductions of stay communicated within 20 days of the arrival date, we charge a penalty equal to the cost of one night.
For cancellations communicated within seven days of the arrival date or in case of a no-show, we charge a penalty equal to the cost of the entire stay.
If the guest arrives but does not want to stay at the B&B, they must pay the full amount of the stay.
If the guest arrives and requests a reduction in the length of their stay, they must pay the full amount of the confirmed stay.
