To book a room, follow the instructions that appear after performing a search using the appropriate form on the website.
For simultaneous booking of multiple rooms, follow the instructions provided near the search form. We will respond via email within a few hours.
Check-in is from 16:00 to 19:30.
Check-out is from 07:00 to 10:00.
Upon arrival, each guest must present a valid form of identification to comply with legal requirements; otherwise, they cannot be accepted.
In cases of force majeure (e.g., unscheduled maintenance), we reserve the right to replace the room assigned to the guest with another of equal standard without prior notice and at no additional cost.
Prices and payment methods
Prices are per room per night and include taxes, tourist tax, breakfast, and use of the swimming pool.
The price of the stay is the one displayed in the room search form.
Non-refundable advance payment is required.
Cancellations
Cancellation of the stay is not permitted. In cases of force majeure or by mutual agreement and availability, the booking amount may be reused within the current season or up to a maximum of 180 days from the booking date.
Reduction of stay due to force majeure: the unused amount may be used within 180 days from the booking date.
